Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Heliopolis for a Reception Assistant. The Reception Assistant will be responsible for managing the reception area, handling phone calls and inquiries, greeting and assisting visitors, and scheduling appointments. Additional tasks include providing administrative support, maintaining records, and ensuring a welcoming and organized environment for clients and staff.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Phone Etiquette and Receptionist Duties
  • Strong Customer Service skills to provide a positive client experience
  • Experience in Administrative Assistance and the ability to handle office tasks efficiently
  • Exceptional Communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact with clients and team members effectively
  • Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficient in using office equipment and basic computer software
  • Prior experience in a similar role or in the healthcare industry is a plus
