As a Front Desk Receptionist Head at The Cooking School, you will play a crucial role in leading our administrative and guest services team, and providing an exceptional first impression to our students, guests, and staff.. You will manage front desk operations, assist with inquiries, and help coordinate the smooth running of all classes. Your warm and welcoming attitude, combined with your organizational skills, will ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for everyone who walks through our doors.
- Supervise and mentor junior reception staff to ensure consistent service standards.
- Oversee the daily opening and closing procedures of the reception area.
- Manage staff rotations and ensure the desk is always attended during peak hours.
- Greet clients with warmth and professionalism.
- Address and resolve guest inquiries or complaints with grace and efficiency.
- Handle high-volume phone calls and emails

Qualifications
- Minimum of 3–5 years in a front-of-house or hospitality role, with at least 1 year in a supervisory capacity.
- Fluent English language skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to remain calm and composed under pressure
- A team player with a can-do attitude
