Job Vacancy: Receptionist/Office Assistant
Company: Prop Architects
Location: 6 October-Egypt
Responsibilities
• Reception, including responding to telephone calls, emails and greeting customers
• Filing, photocopying and scanning documents
• Data entry – Microsoft
• Reconcile monthly supplier statements and follow up invoices and credit notes not yet received and enter
• Provide administrative support to all staff and Manager/s when required
Successful applicants must have;
• Reception/office experience.
• Microsoft knowledge – excel and word .
• Work well within a team and the ability to work unsupervised.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to details.
