Job Description

Job Summary:

We are seeking a professional and courteous Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our organization. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a welcoming personality, and the ability to manage front desk operations efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner
  • Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls
  • Manage the reception area, ensuring it is clean and presentable at all times
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries
  • Maintain visitor logs and issue visitor passes as required
  • Schedule meetings and manage meeting room bookings
  • Provide basic administrative and clerical support (filing, data entry, etc.)
  • Coordinate with internal departments for visitor and office-related requirements

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • 1–2 years of experience in a receptionist or similar administrative role
  • Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field is preferred
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills (Arabic & English)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Professional appearance and positive attitude
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
