Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Front Desk Receptionist located in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The Front Desk Receptionist will be responsible for welcoming and assisting patients and visitors, managing phone calls, scheduling appointments, and handling general clerical tasks. The role also requires ensuring an excellent customer experience by addressing inquiries and maintaining a professional and positive front desk environment.

Qualifications

• Strong Phone Etiquette and proficiency in Receptionist Duties
• Solid Clerical Skills, including organization and attention to detail
• Exceptional Communication skills, both verbal and written
• Excellent Customer Service skills with a focus on professionalism and courtesy
• Ability to multitask and remain composed in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency with office software and scheduling systems is a plus
• Prior experience in the healthcare sector is an advantage
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification as a receptionist or training in customer service is preferred
• Healthcare experience required

Salary Range :- 3500 AED to 4000 AED
