Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Front Desk Staff role at PHMG's New Cairo location. Responsibilities include welcoming guests, managing the front desk, assisting with customer inquiries, handling inbound and outbound calls, and ensuring a positive experience for clients and visitors. The Front Desk Staff will also maintain records, provide clear communication, and support daily administrative tasks to contribute to the seamless operation of the facility.

Qualifications
  • Proficiency in Receptionist Duties, including managing front desk operations and handling administrative tasks
  • Strong Customer Service and Phone Etiquette skills to provide a welcoming and professional guest experience
  • Effective Communication abilities, both verbal and written, for interacting with clients and team members
  • Basic Computer Literacy and ability to work with office technology and software systems
  • Attention to detail, organizational skills, and a proactive attitude
  • Prior experience in the hospitality or service industry is a plus
  • Ability to work on-site in New Cairo and maintain a professional appearance
