Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site Front Desk Staff role at PHMG's New Cairo location. Responsibilities include welcoming guests, managing the front desk, assisting with customer inquiries, handling inbound and outbound calls, and ensuring a positive experience for clients and visitors. The Front Desk Staff will also maintain records, provide clear communication, and support daily administrative tasks to contribute to the seamless operation of the facility.
