We are seeking a skilled Front-End Angular Developer with at least 3 years of experience to join our dynamic development team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building, optimizing, and maintaining responsive, user-friendly components of our enterprise web application. The primary focus of this position will be creating simulations of websites to each and evaluate basic literacy skills. For example, creating a mock website of a dentist office and asking your grandmother to book herself an appointment next Thursday. This project is for an Arabic-speaking country, so the user experience will be in Arabic.
Responsibilities:- Develop, test, and maintain front-end features using Angular and related technologies
- Collaborate with UX/UI designers to implement responsive, high-quality designs
- Optimize applications for speed, scalability, and cross-browser compatibility, and to work inside our overall exam development and delivery engine
- Integrate RESTful APIs and work closely with backend developers
- Maintain code quality through best practices, including testing and documentation
- Stay up to date with emerging front-end technologies and Angular updates
Requirements:- 3+ years of professional experience in front-end development with Angular (v8+)
- Strong proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and TypeScript
- Experience with version control systems like Git
- Knowledge of RESTful APIs and integration
- Understanding of responsive design and cross-browser compatibility
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Native Arabic speaker, with strong professional English
Preferred Qualifications:- Familiarity with Agile development methodologies
- Basic understanding of backend technologies we use (Java/Groovy/Grails)
Details:- Compensation: $15-25 (USD) per hour
- This is a contractor position. We anticipate that it will take several months to produce these components
- The position is fully remote
- The tech lead for the project is in the USA, with development teams in Poland and Argentina
