Front Of House

A Front Of House team member at GymNation is the life and soul of our business! The first face any current and prospective members will see, a fountain of knowledge for our clients wants and needs and an overall PEOPLE person. We are looking for candidates who radiate positivity, who can keep a calm head during a busy rush hour and handle multiple tasks at once!

This is a very rewarding role in which you will meet literally thousands of new people and work in a very close knit team, leading from the front. We do not require previous experience in this role although it would be preferred, what we really want is PERSONALITY & A FRIENDLY FACE! Full training will of course be provided.

Responsibilities

• Meeting and greeting all current and prospective members with a positive attitude
• Handling queries and complaints with the utmost professionalism
• Managing clients memberships and payments when required
• Gathering good reviews and feedback from Happy members,
• Using the GymNation systems and software to ensure smooth running of the business
• Doing regular Brand Standards and Health and Safety check of the gym and recording them in a timely manner
• Ensuring the cleanliness and orderliness of the Facilities.
• Relaying important messages to the Sales and Management team effectively
• Keeping all front of house documentation in order

Qualifications

• Customer service: 1 year (Required)
• Fast pace environment: 1 year (Required)
• Must be Saudi National
