Role Overview

We are seeking a polished, articulate, and highly organized Front Office & Client Experience Executive to serve as the first ambassador.

This role extends beyond traditional reception responsibilities. It is a client-facing position at the heart of the organization, ensuring a seamless, elevated experience for every visitor while maintaining structured CRM and lead coordination operations with precision and discretion.

The ideal candidate understands luxury standards, values first impressions, and operates with professionalism in high-profile environments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Client Experience & Front Office Excellence
  • Welcome clients, VIP guests, and business partners with confidence and refined professionalism
  • Manage all incoming calls and communications with discretion and efficiency
  • Coordinate executive meetings and visitor appointments
  • Maintain an impeccable front office environment aligned with brand standards
  • Uphold the highest level of service quality in every interaction

CRM & Lead Coordination

  • Oversee CRM management for all incoming leads
  • Ensure timely distribution of leads to relevant sales advisors
  • Monitor pipeline stages and follow up on progression
  • Maintain data integrity and accuracy within the CRM system
  • Prepare structured reports related to inquiries, pipeline, and performance
  • Ensure compliance with internal response time standards
  • Requirements
  • 35 years of experience in a premium client-facing or front office role
  • Experience working with CRM systems (real estate sector is highly advantageous)
  • Fluent English (Mandatory)
  • Multilingual proficiency is required for this role
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Professional presentation aligned with a luxury brand environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office

Preferred Profile

Experience within Real Estate Development or Luxury Property sector

Exposure to structured lead management systems

Ability to handle high-profile clientele with discretion and confidence
