What We Look For

We are looking for a professional, well-presented, and service-oriented Front Office Executive to manage the reception area and act as the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and employees. The role is responsible for maintaining a positive company image while supporting daily administrative and coordination tasks.

Responsibilities

  • Greet and assist visitors and clients in a professional and welcoming manner.
  • Manage incoming calls, emails, and correspondence, and direct them appropriately.
  • Maintain a tidy, organized, professional reception and front office area at all times.
  • Coordinate meeting room bookings and ensure readiness for scheduled meetings.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail, courier services, and deliveries.
  • Maintain visitor records and ensure compliance with security and access procedures.
  • Monitor and coordinate replenishment of reception and office supplies as needed.
  • Perform any additional tasks as requested according to the company's policies and procedures

Qualifications & Work Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, or any related field.
  • 3 years experience as a Receptionist, Front Desk Officer, or Front Office Executive.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Pleasant personality and professional appearance.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Good command of English and Arabic.
  • Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks.
