We are looking for a passionate and experienced Front Office Manager to lead our Front Office team and deliver unforgettable guest experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure seamless guest journeys from arrival to departure, providing exceptional service and handling requests with care.
  • Manage daily front office activities, ensuring smooth communication across departments.
  • Monitor room revenue, occupancy, and credit reports to optimize performance.
  • Uphold company policies, safety standards, quality benchmarks, law, and the culture of the state.
  • Drive team engagement, continuous improvement, and a culture of excellence.
  • Oversee front office scheduling, staffing, and daily operations.
  • Evaluate staff performance and provide ongoing coaching and development.
  • Resolve guest concerns efficiently and courteously.
  • Maintain accurate room status, financial controls, and reporting.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless guest experience.
  • Champion guest satisfaction initiatives and ensure VIP and special requests are handled with care.
  • Support sustainability practices and company values in daily operations.

Candidate Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field (preferred).
  • Minimum 46 years of experience in front office operations, with at least 23 years in a managerial role especially in a luxury or high-end hospitality environment.
  • Strong knowledge of Opera, Nuvola, Saflock, and other front office management systems.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal abilities, with fluency in both Arabic and English.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Publisher).
  • Ability to manage stress, multitask, and maintain confidentiality.
  • Positive, adaptable, and guest-focused attitude.
