Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Front Office Receptionist, based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The Front Office Receptionist will manage daily front-desk operations, greet visitors, handle phone calls, and assist with general administrative tasks. Other responsibilities include maintaining records, scheduling appointments, coordinating with team members, and providing excellent customer service to ensure a welcoming and professional environment.

Qualifications
  • Excellent Phone Etiquette and the ability to handle calls professionally
  • Proficiency in performing Receptionist Duties and managing Front Office operations
  • Strong Customer Service orientation with a focus on creating a positive visitor experience
  • Effective Communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact with clients and colleagues
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail to maintain an efficient front-desk area
  • Proficiency in basic computer operations and office software (MS Office)
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively
  • Prior experience in a similar role is preferred
