Job Description

About the Role

The Front Desk Receptionist in our Dubai Downtown Office will be the first point of contact for our VIP clients and visitors, responsible for managing the front desk operations and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere.

Responsibilities

  • Greet and assist visitors and clients.
  • Manage incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate personnel.
  • Maintain the front desk area and ensure it is organized and presentable.
  • Handle administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments and managing correspondence.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role is preferred.

Required Skills

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with multi-line phone systems.
  • Knowledge of office management procedures.

Pay range and compensation package

The salary for this position is up to Max AED 10,000 monthly plus other allowances, depending on experience and qualifications.
