FTTH Site Engineer

JOB Responsibilities:

Supervise FTTH site works: excavation, duct installation, cabinet setup, splicing, and testing.

Review design drawings and adapt them to actual site conditions.

Conduct fiber optic testing to guarantee service quality.

Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and local authorities.

Prepare as-built drawings, progress reports, and handover documentation.

Ensure full compliance with health, safety, and quality standards.

Job Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Electronics, Telecommunications, or related field.

Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in FTTH/OSP projects.

Strong knowledge of OTDR, Power Meter, AutoCAD, and MS Office tools.

Proven ability to coordinate between field teams and technical offices.

Good problem-solving and communication skills.

English: Good working proficiency.

Willingness to relocate and work in Fayoum, Beni Suef, Al Minya, Asyut, Sohag, and Aswan.
