Purpose
Lead and secure successful end to end execution of customer orders fulfillment shelf to customer by developing efficient and effective means of operational excellence and collaboration with various 3PL.
Accountabilities
- Lead customer order fulfillment execution end to end by meeting highest standards.
- Ensure last mile logistics operations meets and exceed the customer expectations.
- Work with the business and various 3PL to constantly manage standards and deliver to set service level agreements.
- Contribute in development of process mapping customer order fulfillment journey and lead continuous improvement plans.
- Active contribution towards ensuring total lowest possible cost for logistics operations.
- Ensure that overall fulfillment operations is meeting current and future logistics trends.
Qualifications and Experiences
- Bachelor's or master's degree in supply chain or any related field.
- 5 to 10 years experience in the same role
- Must have strong communication skills in both Arabic and English.
