Full Stack Developer

We're Hiring: Full Stack Developer (Hybrid Full-Time)

GoIELTS.ai is an AI-powered IELTS preparation platform built for Arabic-speaking students across the GCC. We combine official Cambridge content, AI scoring, and a mobile-first experience to help students achieve their target band scores and unlock the scholarships that change their lives.

We're expanding our engineering team and need a full stack developer who can own features from database to UI without needing to hand things off.

What You'll Be Working On

You'll work across the full product building and maintaining backend APIs, frontend interfaces, and the integration layer in between. This includes test delivery systems, AI-powered evaluation flows, user dashboards, and subscription experiences all serving a mobile-first, Arabic-speaking audience.

What We're Looking For

4+ years in web development with strong full stack experience

Next.js 14 (App Router) on the frontend this is our exact production setup

Laravel PHP 8.3 on the backend

PostgreSQL as primary database

Redis for caching and queue management

RESTful API design and third-party service integration

AWS S3 for file and media storage

Vercel for frontend deployment and CI/CD

Git workflow with branch-based collaboration on GitHub

Experience integrating webhook-based automation systems

Comfortable using AI coding tools (Cursor, Claude, Copilot) as part of your daily workflow this is non-negotiable for our team

Bonus: experience with RTL interfaces or Arabic-language products

Bonus: experience with EdTech platforms or LMS products
