As Saudi Arabia accelerates its Vision 2030 digital transformation, NextMatch AI is expanding its engineering core in Riyadh. We are looking for a Full Stack Engineer to build the localized and global infrastructure that powers the Kingdom's most ambitious hiring initiatives.

This is a high-impact role for a developer with 36 years of experience who wants to work at the forefront of AI deployment. You will be responsible for building high-performance systems that bridge the gap between complex AI models and seamless user experiences.

Key Focus Areas:

• Local Cloud Integration: Developing features that comply with KSA data residency and SDAIA standards.
• AI-Driven Dashboards: Building responsive, data-heavy interfaces for both candidates and enterprise recruiters.
• High-Throughput APIs: Designing the backend architecture that syncs with major regional HRIS systems (Oracle, SAP).
• Security & Performance: Implementing AES-256 encryption and optimizing latency for a global user base.

• End-to-End Development: Architect and build production-ready features using React.js and Node.js/Python.
• System Localization: Adapt platform components for Arabic RTL support and regional compliance.
• Collaboration: Partner with our global engineering hubs in Toronto, London, and Dubai via Agile sprints.
• Quality Assurance: Lead code reviews and implement robust unit/integration testing to ensure zero-fail deployments.
• Infrastructure: Manage and scale microservices within Docker/Kubernetes environments.

• Experience: 36 years in professional Full Stack development (SaaS or Fintech experience preferred).
• Tech Stack: Expert proficiency in React.js (TypeScript) and Node.js or Python (FastAPI/Django).
• Communication: Professional proficiency in English (Essential). Arabic is a major advantage for local system integration.
• Mindset: A builder who is comfortable in a fast-paced scale-up environment and passionate about AI.
• Location: Must be based in (or willing to relocate to) Saudi Arabia.
