Mergeflo helps companies build distribution from day one. We help small teams grow an audience, rank organically, and generate inbound traffic without relying only on paid ads through automating personalized blog generation.

We are a small team. We move fast. We ship weekly. If you build something that works, it goes live.

This is not a passive internship. You will own real parts of the product.

What You'll Actually Work On

• Ship production ready full stack features.
• Design and build APIs using Node.js.
• Use Python for automation and AI driven workflows.
• Integrate external tools and third party APIs.
• Improve system performance and reliability.
• Work directly with founders on product decisions and tradeoffs.

You will be writing code that customers use.

Tech Stack

Frontend: React.js, Next.js, Tailwind, built using Lovable

Backend: Node.js (primary), Python

Database: MongoDB

CMS: Webflow

Backend Infra: Railway

AI: Anthropic and Gemini APIs

Who This Is For

• Builders who have a bias for action and can communicate fluently in English.
• Strong JavaScript/TypeScript fundamentals.
• Comfortable with Node.js backend development.
• Working knowledge of Python.
• Understand APIs, authentication, and database design.
• Can debug independently and figure things out.
• Care about clean code and shipping quality work fast.

Bonus points if you have shipped a publicly available product. This role is not ideal if you need step by step instructions for every task.
