Role Description

We are looking for a motivated and experienced Full-Stack Odoo Developer to join our team in Dubai. This is a full-time, on-site role responsible for developing and maintaining both back-end and front-end components of Odoo-based ERP solutions.

You will work closely with product owners, functional consultants, and clients to deliver high-quality business applications, primarily for trading and SME sectors.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and customize Odoo modules using Python and XML
• Build user-facing features using JavaScript, QWeb, OWL, HTML, and CSS
• Design and implement database models and business logic
• Integrate Odoo with third-party systems using REST APIs
• Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize existing Odoo applications
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements
• Maintain clean, modular, and well-documented code
• Ensure solutions are VAT-compliant and suitable for UAE businesses
• Participate in technical discussions, planning, and reviews

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience with the Odoo framework (version 16 or newer preferred)
• Strong skills in Python programming
• Proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), QWeb, and CSS/HTML
• Experience with OWL (Odoo Web Library) is a strong advantage
• Familiarity with PostgreSQL and Linux environments
• Knowledge of REST APIs and third-party integrations
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field
• Odoo certification is a plus
