We are looking for a highly experienced Hair Colorist / Stylist with strong expertise in advanced coloring techniques such as highlights, low-lights, balayage, and corrective color. The ideal candidate must have more than 5 years of professional experience, excellent styling skills, and the ability to deliver luxury-level service in a high-class salon environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform advanced coloring techniques including highlights, low-lights, balayage, ombr, and corrective color.
- Provide expert advice and consultation to clients on suitable colors, styles, and treatments.
- Perform precision haircuts, styling, and finishing suitable for different face shapes and preferences.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of hair trends, products, and luxury salon standards.
- Ensure the highest level of client satisfaction with premium customer service.
- Follow all health, safety, and hygiene protocols in compliance with Kuwait labor and salon regulations.
- Contribute to team collaboration, promotions, and upselling of salon services/products.
