This is an exciting opportunity for a female Massage Therapist to provide medical and remedial massage in a clinic setting in Doha, Qatar. This is a very professional role, working alongside Physiotherapists, with outstanding compensation.
Job Description
- Private sessions with rehab, relaxation and sports patients
- Working in a premium clinical setting requiring strong technical capabilities
- Using the following methods amongst others:
- Medical massage
- Therapeutic massage
- Sports Massage
- Deep tissue
- Soft tissue
- Manual Lymphatic Drainage
- Relaxation
- Significant case load; this is a varied, busy role
Required Skills
- Massage qualifications from an accredited institution
- Diploma in an accredited Massage Therapy training program (minimum of 500 hours) OR Bachelor's degree in Complementary and Alternative Medicine related field
- Minimum three years of recent experience as licensed massage therapist
- Physiotherapy / sports therapy / another medical specialty is preferable
- Strong anatomical knowledge
- Cultural sensitivity, treating Western and Arab clients
- Sympathetic, motivational character
- Strong team ethic
