Key Responsibilities
Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring the salon/spa runs efficiently.
Lead, mentor, and manage staff, scheduling, and performance evaluations.
Ensure exceptional customer service standards and resolve any client issues.
Manage budgets, revenue targets, and financial performance.
Oversee inventory control and vendor relationships.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and licensing requirements.
Collaborate on marketing initiatives to boost visibility and client acquisition.
Maintain service quality through regular audits and staff training.
Analyze KPIs to monitor performance and optimize operational processes.
Requirements
Female candidates only.
5+ years of experience in spa or salon operations.
Valid UAE driving license.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (MOS).
Ideal Candidate Profile
5+ years Experience in salon /hospitality Management
Excellent Leadership, Communication & Client Relationship Skills
Strong Knowledge of hair services, Products, Treatments & Premium salons.
Highly Organised, Detail Oriented and calm under pressure.
Professional Appearance aligned with luxury standards
Knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint, and POS
