Responsibilities
Job Description:
- Build networks of therapist sourcing channels
- Source new therapists
- Vet candidates and build network of vetting processes in each market
- Onboard and train new therapists
- Develop and implement detailed massage Standard Manuals
- Develop and add new spa services (eg. Meni Pedi, Facials, etc.)
- Quality control and have the ability to identify good therapists and the bad therapists that need to be dealt with
Basically, the goal of this position is to allow our company to significantly grow our therapist count while maintaining great service quality and NOT sacrificing quality for scale.
Exact Qualifications / Requirements / Experience needed in order to apply:
- 5 years experience as a trainer minimum (NOT THERAPIST)
- Knows basic computer skills (Word, Excel)
- Highly Proactive and self-motivated
- Organized and professional
