Functional Analyst / Business Analyst (Arabic Speaker)

Role Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Functional Analyst / Business Analyst (Arabic Speaker) to support a large-scale business transformation initiative within a well-established real estate organization. This role will act as a critical bridge between business units and the enterprise architecture/transformation team, ensuring accurate translation of business needs into functional and technical requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage with business stakeholders across departments such as Leasing, Procurement, HR, Finance, and GRC to gather, analyze, and document requirements
- Translate business needs into clear functional specifications for the Enterprise Architecture and Business Excellence teams
- Collaborate closely with the transformation team to support program execution and delivery
- Ensure alignment with organizational policies, including Delegation of Authority (DOA) frameworks
- Support end-to-end business project management activities, ensuring timelines, scope, and objectives are met
- Act as a liaison between business users and technical teams, ensuring effective communication and solution delivery
- Utilize tools such as JIRA to track requirements, workflows, and project progress
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives aligned with Business Excellence standards
- Provide insights and recommendations to support the organization's ongoing transformation strategy
Requirements
- Fluent in Arabic and English (written and spoken)
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Business Excellence, or a related field
- Proven experience as a Functional Analyst, Business Analyst, or Technical Consultant
- Background in real estate development, leasing, or property management is strongly preferred
- Strong understanding of business processes across multiple functions (HR, Finance, Procurement, etc.)
- Experience working with enterprise architecture or transformation teams
- Familiarity with project/program execution methodologies
- Certifications such as PMP or Six Sigma are highly desirable
- Experience with JIRA or similar project management tools
- Knowledge of enterprise architecture frameworks/tools (e.g., ArchiMate) is a plus
