Functional Analyst / Business Analyst (Arabic Speaker)

Location: Dubai, UAE

Contract: 1-Year (Renewable)

Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Functional Analyst / Business Analyst (Arabic Speaker) to support a large-scale business transformation initiative within a well-established real estate organization. This role will act as a critical bridge between business units and the enterprise architecture/transformation team, ensuring accurate translation of business needs into functional and technical requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Engage with business stakeholders across departments such as Leasing, Procurement, HR, Finance, and GRC to gather, analyze, and document requirements
  • Translate business needs into clear functional specifications for the Enterprise Architecture and Business Excellence teams
  • Collaborate closely with the transformation team to support program execution and delivery
  • Ensure alignment with organizational policies, including Delegation of Authority (DOA) frameworks
  • Support end-to-end business project management activities, ensuring timelines, scope, and objectives are met
  • Act as a liaison between business users and technical teams, ensuring effective communication and solution delivery
  • Utilize tools such as JIRA to track requirements, workflows, and project progress
  • Contribute to process improvement initiatives aligned with Business Excellence standards
  • Provide insights and recommendations to support the organization's ongoing transformation strategy

Requirements

  • Fluent in Arabic and English (written and spoken)
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Business Excellence, or a related field
  • Proven experience as a Functional Analyst, Business Analyst, or Technical Consultant
  • Background in real estate development, leasing, or property management is strongly preferred
  • Strong understanding of business processes across multiple functions (HR, Finance, Procurement, etc.)
  • Experience working with enterprise architecture or transformation teams
  • Familiarity with project/program execution methodologies
  • Certifications such as PMP or Six Sigma are highly desirable
  • Experience with JIRA or similar project management tools
  • Knowledge of enterprise architecture frameworks/tools (e.g., ArchiMate) is a plus
