Functional Consultant/ Business Analyst (3 months extendible)

Role Summary

We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst to drive requirements discovery, documentation, and stakeholder alignment for an event registration platform. The role focuses on translating business needs into clear, actionable user stories and ensuring delivery teams build solutions aligned with business goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct workshops and stakeholder discussions to capture business and functional requirements
• Document BRD/FRS, process flows, and integration needs
• Translate requirements into prioritized agile user stories with acceptance criteria
• Support backlog grooming, UAT planning, and requirement traceability
• Manage scope clarity, risks, and change control

Scope Coverage

Event setup, registration flows, ticketing/pricing, attendee data capture, payments, reporting, integrations, and compliance considerations.

Required Skills

• 5+ years Business Analyst experience on digital/platform projects
• Strong requirements documentation and stakeholder management
• Agile/Scrum experience with tools like Jira/Azure DevOps
• Ability to create process flows and diagrams
• Clear communication and strong ownership mindset

Deliverables

Approved requirements documentation, prioritized backlog, process flows, and UAT support.
