Location: Qatar (On-site)| Contract Duration: 12 months (with potential extension)
We are seeking a hands-on Functional Consultant to support the rollout of Microsoft Dynamics 365 for a leading hospitality organization in Qatar. This role offers a unique opportunity to be part of a major ERP transformation, covering Phase 1 delivery, post go-live stabilization, and Phase 2 discovery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support business validation, UAT, and business sign-off
- Review and validate functional configuration and end-to-end business processes
- Assist with defect triage, prioritization, and resolution
- Provide informed challenge to the System Integrator on functional design and outcomes
- Identify and drive process improvements during hypercare and continuous improvement
- Support Phase 2 discovery activities, including workshops, scope definition, and future state process design
- Ensure continuity of functional knowledge between project phases
Key Deliverables:
- Functional validation findings and recommendations
- UAT support artefacts and sign-off inputs
- Defect assessment and improvement recommendations
- Continuous improvement and optimization inputs
- Phase 2 discovery and option assessment contributions
Qualifications & Experience:
- Strong expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance, Procurement, and HR modules
- Proven experience in ERP implementation and functional consulting
- Hands-on experience with UAT, business process validation, and post-go-live support
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Experience in hospitality or large-scale enterprise environments is a plus
