Responsibilities:
- Gather and analyze business requirements from stakeholders and translate them into functional specifications.
- Collaborate with technical teams to configure and enhance Oracle Fusion ERP to meet business needs.
- Conduct gap analysis between business requirements and system capabilities and propose solutions.
- Participate in system testing and support user acceptance testing.
- Assist in the development and delivery of end-user training and documentation.
- Provide functional expertise and guidance to end-users during post-implementation support.
- Stay updated with the latest features and functionalities of Oracle Fusion ERP.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify process improvements and optimize system functionality.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field.
- 10 years of experience as a functional consultant, specifically with Oracle Fusion ERP.
- Strong understanding of business processes and workflows.
- In-depth knowledge of Oracle Fusion ERP modules.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Effective communication and stakeholder management abilities.
