Role PurposeLead and manage end-to-end functional testing activities, ensuring delivery of high-quality software aligned with business requirements.
Key Responsibilities- Define test strategy, test plans, and QA governance frameworks
- Lead and manage QA teams across multiple projects
- Oversee test execution, defect management, and reporting
- Ensure alignment of testing with business goals and timelines
- Collaborate with stakeholders for requirement validation and risk assessment
- Drive automation adoption and continuous improvement in QA processes
- Manage UAT coordination and sign-offs
- Provide leadership, mentoring, and performance management for QA teams
Required Skills- Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills
- Expertise in functional testing, test strategy, and QA governance
- Experience with test management tools (e.g., Jira, ALM, Azure DevOps)
- Solid understanding of Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies
- Ability to manage multiple projects and teams simultaneously
- Strong reporting and communication skills
