Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced Software Development Team Leader to drive the delivery of high-quality, scalable software solutions. This role requires a strong balance of technical expertise and leadership capability to manage teams, guide architecture decisions, and ensure successful project outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of software developers
- Plan, assign, and track development tasks to ensure timely delivery
- Ensure high-quality coding standards through regular code reviews
- Provide technical guidance and support to the development team
- Oversee system design and architecture decisions
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand and refine requirements
- Identify risks and proactively resolve technical challenges
- Ensure adherence to development best practices and processes
- Drive Agile/Scrum methodologies and continuous improvement initiatives
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field
- Minimum 10 years of software development experience
- At least 3 years of experience in a leadership role
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills
- Hands-on experience with modern development frameworks and tools
Additional Criteria
- Candidates must be locally available in Saudi Arabia
- Must have a transferable Iqama with a computer-related profession
