Job Description

We are a fast-growing online forex broker looking for a Funding Officer experienced within the Forex or Financial Services industry to join our Dubai team, onsite.

Responsibilities:

  • Process client funding transactions with efficiency and accuracy, ensuring timely completion.
  • Collaborate with internal departments, such as PSP and Accounting, to resolve any funding-related
  • issues or discrepancies promptly.
  • Monitor and reconcile client funding accounts regularly, maintaining accuracy and adherence to
  • established procedures.
  • Provide assistance to clients regarding funding inquiries, offering guidance on available payment
  • options, and addressing any concerns or questions related to their accounts.
  • Maintain up-to-date records of client transactions, funding requests, and associated documentation.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of improved funding processes and procedures,
  • aiming to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with the Sales and Support teams to identify opportunities for client acquisition and
  • retention through competitive funding options.
  • Perform reconciliation procedures, ensuring accurate recording and reconciliation of the company's
  • financial transactions.
  • Conduct the payment process, accurately processing payments associated with the company's
  • financial transactions.
  • Carry out reporting procedures, preparing various financial reports for the company.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (or equivalent work
  • experience).
  • Proven experience in a similar role within the Forex or financial services industry.
  • Strong knowledge of financial markets and Forex trading.
  • Familiarity with client funding processes, including deposits, withdrawals, and account transfers.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in processing financial transactions.
  • Solid understanding of regulatory compliance requirements within the financial industry.
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in using financial software and platforms.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
  • High ethical standards and the ability to handle sensitive financial information with confidentiality.
