Funds Lawyer

We are working with a highly sophisticated investment organisation to find a top-tier Funds lawyer for their in house team. This is an opportunity to join a prominent organisation with a long-term, multi-asset global investment strategy.

To be considered for this role you must be:

• 4-8PQE, coming from a major financial institution or top-tier law firm in one of the international money centres
• UK, US, Australia, NZ, Singapore etc. qualified
• Be experienced in a broad range of private fund structures, including PE, VC, infrastructure, real estate, credit, and co-investments
• Have sound knowledge of investment funds and general corporate commercial matters
