Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Furniture Customer Service Agent, located in Qesm 1st 6 October. The Furniture Customer Service Agent will be responsible for addressing customer inquiries, providing product information, processing orders, handling customer complaints, and providing overall support. Daily tasks include managing customer communications via phone, email, and in person, ensuring timely resolution of issues, and collaborating with team members to improve customer service processes.

Qualifications
  • Experience in customer service and handling inquiries
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
  • Patience, empathy, and the ability to remain calm under pressure
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office applications
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in customer relations or a related field are a plus
