Position Title: Graduate Trainee Scheme KSA Nationals (M/F) Future Leaders Program

Location: Riyadh, KSA Engagement Type: Full-time

Job Purpose:

Marc Ellis is looking for Graduate Trainees to join our team on a structured six-month training program that will provide hands-on experience and training within a real-time, work environment. This will include certified training in specific aspects of HR operations and delivery. This is an excellent opportunity to gain real work experience with an employer of choice and contribute to diverse projects in a learning environment. Extensions and On-going roles will be available for all successful course attendees, either on-site with our clients, or with Marc Ellis itself. All roles will be based in Riyadh.

Since its establishment in Riyadh, Marc Ellis has delivered full cycle HR solutions to a Multi-National and Saudi client base, predominantly in the Finance and Technology sectors. Marc Ellis have the in-house capability to create comprehensive AI solutions to exceed the ever-changing demands of their clients HR needs across the Kingdom.

Key Program Coverage and Individual skills gained:

  • Teaching the core aspects of HR/Recruitment/Training and the impact of Technology on the HR sector and its on-going delivery.
  • Training interview techniques and effective questioning in work environments across multiple commercial sectors including Technology, Corporate Services, Finance and Operational skillsets.
  • ATS System Training and usage, HR processes and social media orientated recruitment channels; how to use them and how to maximise coverage.
  • Creating accurate JDs and reviewing CV suitability; screening candidates to roles based on Skillset suitability and interview feedback.
  • The creation and use of Personal Development Plans and the benefits of internal and external training resources and the role HR play in on-going skill development.
  • Understanding the different requirements of candidates and their career management; Clients and their requirements; and matching the two together as a commercial and internal service.

Qualifications & Skills required for Eligibility:

  • Saudi National (M or F) with less than one years work experience.
  • Diploma or bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or any related field.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Arabic and English.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Commitment to a full time, one-year structured program.
  • Should not be currently employed in any job in the public or private sector.
