About the Role:

The Customer Service Representative's role is to identify Customer's needs and provide a solution as quickly as possible. Ensuring that the quantitative and qualitative objectives of the project are met while meeting the Customer's expectations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle customer inquiries via email, and chat
  • Provide accurate and timely support related to gaming products and technical issues
  • Deliver a high-quality customer experience aligned with gaming community standards
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex cases

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Previous experience as a Customer Service Agent (Gaming experience is a strong plus)
  • Excellent command of the French or English language (spoken & written)
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Passion for gaming and understanding of gamer expectations is a MUST
