Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Dammam for a Garde Manger. The Garde Manger will be responsible for the preparation, presentation, and storage of cold kitchen items, including salads, appetizers, and cold meats. Additional responsibilities include maintaining high standards of food quality, ensuring proper hygiene and food safety, and collaborating with the kitchen team to maintain efficiency and organization.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Food Preparation and Culinary Skills
• Experience in Cooking and handling Food & Beverage items
• Strong Communication skills for effective team collaboration
• Attention to detail and ability to adhere to food safety and hygiene standards
• Prior experience in a Garde Manger or similar culinary role is preferred
• Certifications in food safety and culinary arts are advantageous
