Tamm is building the first creator-commerce platform in Saudi Arabia. We help YouTubers, streamers, podcasters, and digital creators turn their audience into a real brand, with products manufactured in our own factory.
Every system behind Tamm, from product design to manufacturing to fulfillment, is built in-house. That includes our garment production facility in Dammam, where we produce streetwear and modern fashion essentials: t-shirts, hoodies, joggers, pants, shorts, and more.
The Role
We're looking for an experienced garment sewing specialist who knows how to construct modern, streetwear-style apparel to a production standard. This is a full-time, factory-floor role focused on execution, consistency, and quality across real production runs.
This role is specifically focused on contemporary casualwear construction. If your background is primarily in traditional Saudi/Arabic wear (thobes, Abayas, bisht, shemagh finishing), this may not be the right fit. We need someone whose hands have spent serious time on knit fabrics, French terry, fleece, jersey, and the construction techniques that go with them.
What You'll Work On
- Sew production-ready garments across categories including t-shirts, hoodies, sweatpants, joggers, shorts, and similar streetwear staples
- Work with knit and cut-and-sew construction methods common in modern casualwear
- Handle a range of fabric types including cotton jersey, French terry, fleece, pique, and stretch blends
- Execute consistent seam construction, hemming, ribbing attachment, zipper insertion, and pocket setting
- Sew from production patterns, following spec sheets and construction guides accurately
- Support sampling and prototyping for new products, translating a pattern into a wearable first sample
- Identify and flag construction issues, fabric behavior problems, or fit concerns before they reach full production
- Maintain clean, efficient workstation practices and meet daily production targets
What We're Looking For
- Proven sewing experience in a garment production or manufacturing environment (not alterations-only or bespoke tailoring)
- Hands-on experience constructing modern casualwear: t-shirts, hoodies, sweatpants, shorts, or similar categories
- Comfortable working with industrial sewing machines including overlock, coverstitch, and flatlock
- Strong understanding of knit fabric behavior, stretch, and how construction techniques need to adapt accordingly
- Ability to read and follow spec sheets, construction breakdowns, and pattern markings
- Consistent quality at production speed, not just sample-level one-offs
- Detail-oriented with a practical, execution-first mindset
Strong Pluses
- Experience working in a streetwear, sportswear, or contemporary fashion production facility
- Familiarity with print-on-demand or custom decorated garment workflows (screen print, DTG, heat transfer, embroidery)
- Experience with automatic cutting workflows and how cut panels translate into assembly
- Understanding of quality control checkpoints during and after sewing
- Background in both woven and knit garment construction
