What you'll build:
This role sits at the intersection of AI-driven systems, interaction design, and large-scale experience architecture. As a Gen AI Interaction Engineer Expert (UX), you will define next-generation paradigms for autonomous agents, adaptive workflows, and intelligent interfaces. You'll partner with senior product, engineering, and AI leaders to shape system behavior, influence data modeling decisions, and ensure scalable, human-centered agentic experiences.

Hybris was founded in Zug, Switzerland, in 1997 by Carsten Thoma, Moritz Zimmermann, Klaas Hermanns, Christian Flaccus and Andreas Bucksteeg. It subsequently moved its headquarters to Munich, Germany.
