About The Role
- Your day-to-day missions
- You lead the design, deployment, and operation of GenBI and analytics platforms, ensuring their performance, scalability, and reliability.
- You collaborate closely with Data, BI, and infrastructure teams to integrate the best technologies and practices for data ingestion, modeling, reporting and visualization.
- You oversee technical developments and guide engineering teams in the build and run of BI platforms and services.
- You maintain continuous technological watch on data and BI ecosystems to anticipate evolutions and address the challenges of responsible and efficient data usage.
- You contribute to defining the technical strategy and roadmap for GenBI platforms, aligning them with Orange Business and customer needs.
- Skills you will develop This position offers you the opportunity to strengthen your skills in the architecture and operation of GenBI and analytics platforms, end-to-end, from build to run. You will develop your expertise in managing complex data projects, in technical leadership and in operating large-scale data and BI platforms, with strong performance, availability and governance requirements. You will also deepen your knowledge of modern data stacks, cloud-based BI solutions and DevOps practices, while evolving in an agile and international environment.

About You
- Experience and education You have between 5 and 10 years of professional experience and hold a Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in a relevant field.
- Your hard skills
- Expertise in architecture and deployment of data and BI platforms, ideally on cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Strong knowledge of data warehousing, data modeling and BI concepts (ETL/ELT, semantic layers, reporting, dashboards).
- Mastery of DevOps practices and CI/CD tools applied to data and BI workloads.
- Skills in managing data platforms and analytics tools, for example Snowflake, BigQuery, Databricks, Power BI, Tableau, Looker or equivalent.
- Experience in data governance, platform security and performance optimization.
- Your soft skills We are looking for someone with excellent communication skills, able to bring together and motivate multidisciplinary teams. You demonstrate strong rigor, agility and a high capacity to adapt, especially in a SAFe environment.
