Position: General Accountant Fresh Graduate

Job Summary:
Radcare Medical Company is looking for a motivated and ambitious fresh graduate to join our finance team as a General Ledger (GL) Accountant. The ideal candidate will have excellent analytical skills, strong command of Microsoft Excel, and fluent English communication skills. Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in maintaining and reconciling general ledger accounts on a monthly basis.
- Support the preparation of journal entries, accruals, and adjustments for month-end closing.
- Help ensure compliance with International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) and local KSA financial regulations.
- Collaborate with internal departments to collect and analyze financial data.
- Contribute to the preparation of financial statements and management reports.
- Assist in the preparation of ZATCA reports (VAT and e-Invoicing).
- Support the reconciliation of bank statements and investigation of discrepancies.
- Provide documentation and support for internal and external audits.
- Assist in maintaining the fixed asset register and accurate depreciation records.
- Participate in budgeting and forecasting activities.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (fresh graduate).
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills (formulas, pivot tables, and data analysis).
- Fluency in English (spoken and written) is required; Arabic is a plus.
- Good understanding of basic accounting principles (IFRS knowledge is a plus).
