Key Responsibilities
-Assist in maintaining accurate financial records and bookkeeping activities.
-Process purchase and sales invoices and ensure proper documentation.
-Support in managing accounts payable and accounts receivable.
-Assist in preparing monthly reports, balance sheets, and income statements.
-Support audit preparations by organizing and providing required financial data.
-Track and update ledgers (customers, suppliers, inventory, fixed assets).
-Assist with bank transactions and reconciliations.
-Handle administrative finance-related tasks and ensure proper filing and archiving.
-Coordinate with internal departments and external stakeholders on daily financial matters.
Requirements & Qualifications
-23 years of experience in an accounting or similar role.
-Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
-Strong understanding of basic accounting principles.
-Good organizational and time management skills.
-High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
-Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
-Strong communication skills and professional integrity.
