Job Description

Location: Dubai, UAE

Reports to: Director of Sales

Experience: 23 years in acquisition/performance marketing in FX/CFD industry

Languages: English and Arabic required

Goldstone Securities is expanding rapidly across global markets and we're looking for a General Brand Marketing Manager to take our brand to the next level.

This is a hands-on, strategic role for someone who can lead brand identity, social media, content, events, and reputation while supporting our sales and performance marketing funnels. If you want to help shape a high-growth international brokerage, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities

Brand & Strategy

Develop and execute the global brand strategy

Ensure consistent brand identity across all markets and channels

Plan and manage quarterly marketing campaigns to support sales targets

Social Media & Digital

Oversee daily activity across LinkedIn, Instagram and other platforms

Build content calendars and optimise engagement and reach

Support lead-generation efforts and marketing funnel performance

Reputation & Communications

Manage online reputation, reviews and public communication

Produce clear messaging for announcements, awards and updates

Work closely with compliance to maintain regulatory accuracy

Events & Expos

Lead planning and execution for expos, roadshows and partner events

Manage branding, logistics, vendor coordination and event marketing

Content & Creative Coordination

Produce high-quality content for web, socials, email and sales materials

Coordinate designers and creative teams to deliver premium brand assets

Sales Funnel Support

Understand the full customer journey: marketing sales funding retention

Provide marketing materials that boost conversion and retention

Align campaigns with the CGO, COO and Head of Sales

Skills & Experience

4+ years in brand, digital or integrated marketing (FX/CFD or fintech preferred)

Strong social media and content expertise

Experience delivering events and expos

Ability to brief and manage design and creative suppliers

Solid understanding of performance marketing and conversion funnels

Excellent copywriting and communication skills

Highly organised, proactive, data-driven, and fast-paced
