General Counsel (Hospitality)

A private equity-backed international luxury hospitality platform is seeking a General Counsel to be based in Dubai.

This is a stand alone, senior, hands-on legal leadership role within a lean structure, reporting directly to the CEO and working closely with investor stakeholders.

The business is entering a disciplined growth phase, requiring strong legal oversight to support commercial execution, governance standards and long-term value positioning.

Key responsibilities include:

• Commercial and operational legal oversight across the hospitality platform
• Governance discipline and regulatory management across relevant jurisdictions
• Management of external counsel across multiple regions
• Support on transactions, refinancing and strategic initiatives

The ideal candidate will have:

• 15+ years PQE
• UK or common law qualification
• Strong Middle East exposure
• Hospitality sector experience
• Comfort operating in a private equity-backed environment
• Experience working independently within a lean structure
