Nationality : Arab Nationality, must be fluent in Arabic & English (speaking, reading & writing).
Qualification : Bachelor's degree
Experience : Total Year of Experience: 10-15 years - UAE market experience.
Relevant years of experience : Marbles & Tiles

Requirements & Skills:

Knowledge of English and Arabic (speaking & writing)
Technical knowledge along with Sales/Business development skills.
People Management/ Management experience, P&L responsibility handling.

Roles & Responsibilities :

Preparation and execution of Business Plan (long and short term), develop business KRAs and KPIs for self as well as departments under the Unit. Set up strategies in discussion with CEO to chart out action plan for achievement of the KRAs. Thrive to achieve business growth in segments of Terrazzo as well as Marble contracting jobs.
Manage the Factory operations in terms of production process, improve efficiencies, ensure timely deliveries of Goods and services, wherever applicable. Plan, organize, direct, and run optimum day-to-day operations to exceed our customers expectations. Ensure quality standards of goods and services delivered by the business unit.
