A leadingfull-service creative, digital, and advertising agencyin Dubai is seeking a highly drivenGeneral Manager to lead its day-to-day operations and guide the company through its next phase of growth.

With a strong portfolio acrossbrand strategy, design, digital marketing, content creation, social media, production, and integrated campaigns, the agency works with clients across diverse industries and scales. Role Overview

We are hiring an experiencedGeneral Managerto oversee agency operations, drive performance, and lead multidisciplinary teams. The GM will work closely with department heads (strategy, creative, digital, production, content, and client servicing) to ensure smooth execution, client satisfaction, and sustainable business growth.

This is a leadership role for someone who understandscreative agencies, digital ecosystems, and integrated marketing, and can build strong internal alignment while pushing operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the agency's daily operations across creative, digital, production, and client servicing teams.
  • Provide strategic direction and leadership to ensure delivery excellence and high client satisfaction.
  • Manage budgets, forecasting, resource allocation, and financial performance targets.
  • Set and monitor performance goals across teams to ensure accountability and efficiency.
  • Build and nurture strong client relationships; support new business pitches when needed.
  • Implement operational processes, systems, and best practices to improve workflow and team productivity.
  • Drive growth initiatives and expand the agency's capabilities in line with market trends.
  • Foster a positive, collaborative, and high-performance culture aligned with the company's values.

Qualifications & Experience

  • 8+ years of experience in acreative, advertising, digital, or integrated marketing agency.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills with a proven track record of running multidisciplinary teams.
  • Solid understanding ofbranding, digital marketing, social media, content creation, and campaign execution.
  • Strong operational and financial acumen budgeting, forecasting, and process improvement.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and client-management skills.
  • Ability to think strategically and execute effectively under pressure.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field;MBA is a plus.
  • Proven ability to drive business growth and lead agency operations at scale.
