This is a full-time, on-site role located in Dubai for a General Manager. The General Manager will oversee daily operations, ensure customer satisfaction, develop and implement business strategies, and monitor key performance metrics to achieve organizational goals. This position involves managing staff, maintaining operational efficiency, and fostering a positive work environment. The role also includes identifying business opportunities, ensuring compliance with industry standards, and leading the team to achieve success.

• Business management skills, including leadership, planning, and organizational abilities
• Proficiency in financial management, budgeting, and cost control
• Experience in customer service and maintaining client relationships
• Strong communication, team management, and interpersonal skills
• Problem-solving, strategic thinking, and decision-making capabilities
• Previous experience in the automotive or service industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field preferred
• Fluency in English; proficiency in additional languages is a plus
