Key Responsibilities:
- Lead business ops: Strategic planning, project delivery (on-time/budget), supply chain optimization, HSE/ISO compliance (IEC/KAHRAMAA/QCS).
- Business development: Client relations (oil & gas, MEP, govt), tenders/bids, new opps in AMC/retrofit/energy management.
- Financial oversight: P&L ownership, budgeting, cash flow, pricing/margins.
- Team leadership: Mentor engineering/production/sales/procurement teams, KPIs, talent development.
- Drive growth: Digital transformation, diversification into automation/maintenance.
Requirements:
- 10-18 years in electrical switchgear/LV-MV manufacturing/power distro; 8+ years senior leadership (GM/Ops Head).
- Strong in Schneider/ABB/Siemens, testing/commissioning, client mgmt.
