Location: Remote MENA (Preference for Egypt or Jordan)

3arabian is a Dubai-based company specializing in teaching spoken Arabic dialects through practical online learning experiences.

Over the past 5 years, we have trained hundreds of students globally and delivered Arabic training to individuals and corporate clients including embassies, government entities, and international organizations.

We are now entering the next phase of growth and are looking for a General Manager to work directly with the founder and help run and grow the company.

This is a unique opportunity for someone who enjoys taking ownership, improving systems, managing teams, and growing a small international business.

Role Overview

The General Manager will work closely with the founder and gradually take ownership of the company's daily management and growth.

You will oversee internal operations, coordinate the team, and help drive revenue growth through improvements in marketing, sales, and partnerships.

You will be supported by an internal Head of Operations and a Tutors Lead, allowing you to focus on both management and business growth.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building and improving businesses in a startup environment.

Key ResponsibilitiesCompany Operations

Oversee daily operations and ensure smooth coordination across the team

Supervise the Head of Operations and ensure operational efficiency

Improve internal processes, systems, and team workflows

Ensure high service quality for students and corporate clients

Business Growth

Identify and execute opportunities to increase student acquisition and revenue

Improve B2C sales performance and conversion processes

Develop and support B2B partnerships and corporate training opportunities

Work with the marketing team to improve growth and lead generation

Team Leadership

Coordinate team leads and ensure alignment across departments

Help recruit and onboard new team members when needed

Build a culture of accountability, initiative, and problem-solving

Business Performance

Track and analyze key business metrics (sales, retention, growth)

Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and profitability

Work with the founder to implement growth initiatives

Ideal Candidate

We are looking for someone who:

Has 37 years of experience in operations, startups, business development, or similar roles

Is highly proactive and comfortable taking ownership

Is organized and capable of managing multiple moving parts

Enjoys solving problems and improving systems

Communicates clearly and confidently with teams and clients

Has strong English communication skills

Arabic language skills are a strong advantage

Experience in startups, online education, SaaS, or digital businesses is a plus.

Compensation

This role includes a base salary plus performance-based bonuses tied to company growth and profitability.
