Park Regis by Prince Singapore is seeking an experienced and commercially astute General Manager to lead our dynamic hotel operation. Reporting to the regional leadership team of Seibu Prince Hotels Worldwide, you will be responsible for the overall performance, profitability, guest experience, and strategic direction of the hotel while leading a multidisciplinary team across Rooms, Finance, Sales, Marketing, Revenue, Engineering, IT, Security, and Human Resources

Essential Qualifications & Experience

• Experience within the Singapore or Asia-Pacific hospitality market.
• Degree qualification in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, Tourism Management, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 10 years of progressive hotel leadership experience within internationally branded hotels.
• Previous experience as a General Manager, Hotel Manager, or Executive Assistant Manager within a full-service hotel environment.
• Demonstrated success in driving revenue growth, profitability, market share, and guest satisfaction.
• Strong financial management experience, including budgeting, forecasting, P&L accountability, and cost management.
• Experience leading multidisciplinary teams across Rooms, Finance, Sales & Marketing, Revenue Management, Engineering, Human Resources, IT, and Security functions.
