Role Overview

The Hotel General Manager is responsible for the overall leadership, operational excellence, financial performance and guest satisfaction of a religious hotel serving pilgrims and visitors in Makkah. This role requires deep respect for Islamic values, exceptional operational control during Hajj and Umrah seasons, and strong alignment with Saudi hospitality regulations and cultural norms.

Candidate must hold a Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field (Master's preferred) with a minimum of 8-12 years of senior hotel management experience, preferably in Makkah, Madinah, or religious destination hotels. Fluency in English is required; Arabic strongly preferred
